Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
To address the impact of mental health and associated behaviors on health-care costs and workforce productivity, Premera has teamed with ComPsych® – The Guidance Resources Company® – to provide a customizable Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to employees and their families.
In Alaska, EAP is a built-in feature for groups 2-199. For groups of 200+, EAP is an optional product with expanded services available.
Health Risk Management for Groups Under 200
Our Health Risk Management program provides a proactive approach to helping your employees reduce their individual health risk factors. The program applies integrated data and services to identify and address issues such as health behaviors and lifestyle choices, and is designed to increase employee productivity and improve overall quality of life. For groups under 200 in Alaska, there is an opportunity to save $20-$120 per employee per year by building a culture of wellness and increasing employee participation in the Personal Health Assessment.

This program is available for purchase by fully insured of self-insured group of 200 or more.
