Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Partnership Plan, Inc. (Anthem) is a managed care organization through which State Sponsored Business offers Healthy Start/Healthy Families Program (Medicaid) health care coverage.
Blue Access SM Value is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) health coverage product that helps you afford the protection you need against unexpected medical bills. The product design features the same comprehensive inpatient hospitalization benefits of our other products, while offering scaled back outpatient benefits that help lower the overall premium. There is also coverage of generic and brand name formulary prescription drugs. Best of all, each plan is backed by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield name, the one you can trust for all of your health coverage needs.
Blue Access Economy SM is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) health coverage product that helps you obtain health care coverage in an affordable manner. The product design has three different deductible levels to help you tailor the monthly premium to your coverage needs. Best of all, each plan is backed by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield name, the one you can trust for all of your health coverage needs.
Blue Access SM

Blue Short-Term
If you are temporarily without health coverage, Blue Short Term plan is an affordable plan designed to protect you from unexpected health issues for a short period of time (one to six months).
Blue Traditional® is a health coverage plan that offers unrestricted access to doctors and hospitals. There are no networks to worry about. You can go to any doctor, specialist or hospital of your choice.
State Sponsored Plans
Ohio Healthy Start & Healthy Families Program (Medicaid) and Aged, Blind, or Disabled (ABD) Medicaid program give health care services to those who qualify for state-funded programs in Ohio. State Sponsored Business (SSB) is a managed care plan that covers the health care benefits for Healthy Start & Healthy Families and ABD Medicaid members. SSB is known as Anthem Blue Cross Blue Cross Partnership Plan, Inc. in Ohio.
